Sue:
If you could tell us how you got to this newsgroup, we could attempt to
direct you to the appropriate newsgroup. A company called Omnipage has a
product that can convert an image (.tif) file into a text-based format with
98% accuracy (depends on several factors).
This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft's Live Communication Server. LCS
is a Real-Time Collaboration product that provides private Instant Messaging
(IM) capabilities and presence awareness.
More information regarding Live Communication Server can be found at:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/livecomm/prodinfo/overview.mspx
or
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010908711033.aspx
The Microsoft support site is http://support.microsoft.com and has support
centers related to many Microsoft products.

Bob
