Peter:
LCS is like Exchange...you should install the Admin tools on administrative
systems. If you administer AD from a TS session on the domain controller,
install the LCS Admin toolset on the DC. If you administer AD (and
Exchange) from a workstation, install the LCS Admin tools on the
workstation.
Pop the LCS CD into your domain controller or administrative workstation
with adminpak.msi installed (or share it and connect to it) and install the
LCS Administrative tools. If your system does not autolaunch (for security
reasons), run the setup.exe on the CD. The Admin tools will also drop the
RTCClient.adm template into the C:\windows\inf or C:\winnt\inf (technically
%windir%\inf) directory.

I've run through each installation log and everything looks OK.
Problem is that when I'm in AD Users and Computers, clicking on a user
properties does NOT show "Live Communications" tab. This goes for
previous
and new users created.
Don't know where to look next. I tried uninstall/deinstall and also used
lcscmd to unprep everything before I reinstalled everything.
