I'm looking for a list of schema changes made when prepairing AD for LCS.
Also is there diffrents between SE and EE schema changes?

Schema changes can be found by viewing the Schema.LDF or Schema2005.LDF files.

Schema.ldf is when 2003 has already been deployed in the forest, Schema2005
is for first time installs.

TomL covered the information well.

One thing that you may want to do is download the reference guide. The
guide for LCS 2003 is available and the guide for LCS 2005 should be
released soon. This guide, in LCS 2003, covered quite a bit.

Microsoft also makes an XML version of the schema changes available on the
LCS 2005 documentation page. This is currently available.

Similar to the Exchange schema mods for SE and EE, the LCS schema is the
same for SE and for EE.
