Hi folks,
how do I see the archive, ie. when users sent messages and too who and
what the message was?

The unfortunate answer to this question is that there is not an easy way.
1) Run a SQL query and dump the information (least preferred, generally)
or
2) Pull the information with something like IMLogic. (this alienates some
of the other vendors, but I am familiar with this application and some of
their support folks).
