I am trying to add additional License to an exsiting server 2000. I have
tried to find the answer in the Server 2000 Bible. Decided it would be
better comming to the chat room. Maybe you may know why when I look at my
hot mail and try to read mail it kicks me back to my home page and out of
hotmail.

5 User disk - Part E76-00007
5 user licence - E76-00068
10 user disk - E76-00189
They licences are added by inserting a floppy disk and running setup. You
cant buy a disk without the licence.

I called my VAR and Purchased 5 additional clients for Server 2000 they are
presently at 10 and want to go to 15. If I add more PC's they can not all
connect to the server at the same time. Was told I needed more Lic. which I
purchased but can to increase the User total to 15. I did not get a disk
when I purchased the additional Lic., Just the paper. Is there a way to make
a disk.

So you are telling me that when I buy SBS and set it up for 10 users, I can
not up that number to 15 or 20 users with out reloading the software. There
should be a way to add more users.

You probably bought SBS2K3 CALs -- I think you can use down grade rights to
use them for SBS2000. You will need to call MS to get the install disk.
