suddenly today one of our clients sites lost accecss to a shared printer
attached to one of the workstations. the workstation can print but not the
other people on the net- work. re installing and re sharing did not solve
the problem? any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Is the workstation actually properly joined/logged in to the Domain ?
