Dynamic IP DSL and Server 2000-Can it be shared to client P |
|
|
Hi Techies,
Can you tell me if it is possible to share out a dynamic IP high-speed
connection (with a second NIC installed on the server) to client PCs? The
ist NIc card is IP configured with the 10.10.1.1 range and the second NIC is
set to auto-IP connect directly to the Cable Modem, but I can seem to connect
and notice that the 2nd NIC can't connect to the net.--
The server previously had a shared dial-on-demand connection using a modem
with worked albeit slowly. ISA isn't installed, we are only RRAS, with DNS,
DHCP.
Thanks,
-JP |
