Someone ran Disk cleanup on one of our Windows 2000 Server Drives, and
compressed a bunch of files. What is the best way to undo the compressed
files? Does the disk cleanup utility keep a log somewhere?

Open Windows file manager and right click on the folders to get to
properties. Clear the compress box.

also, there's a quick reg edit fix to disable disk cleanup from doing the
'compressed files' calculations, which can take forever on some systems. I
do this reg fix on every computer I install.
