Exchange delayed email message |
|
|
I'm having a strange Exchange issue with only 1 user on my network.
Someone sent him a message yesterday at 9:59 a.m. and he received the
message at 2:00 p.m. This email did not get on time in the box, why is this
happening and where do I look for more information about what happen during
that time, this was an internal email, and he is the only person who had
this problem yesterday. I'm running SBS 2000. Any help would be appreciated
on this matter.
Thanks in advance

Hi Denise,
Have a look at the internetheaders of that message (Options when you right
click that message). This should tell you exactly where it was hold.

Hi Marina:
Thanks for taking the time to reply, but none of my intraoffice messages
have the headers. This message was sent internaly from another user. I've
already did the message tracking from Exchange and it didn't reflect
anything. any other suggestions?
Thanks again
Denise
