i would like to restrict the internet access for some users, so
they only can use it between certain hours.
however the schedule of iSA is divided in hours. i prefer to use
smaller units.
is that possible, for example to enable access between 12:30 and 13:15

ISA will not do this to the best of my knowledge
You will require a 3rd party add-on
