failed windows update |

Ever since updating Critical Update for ADODB.stream (KB870669) and Microsoft
GDI+ Detection Tool (KB873374) succesfully Wednesday, October 06, 2004, I
have failed in all subsequent installation of windows critical patched and
updates on SBS 2000 at the administrator level. I have checked policy
settings, etc. and seem to be fine.
I cannot install the following:

Two things I would try:
1. Try manually downloading one of those patches from Microsoft's download
site, and see if you can install it manually. If so, perhaps your WU is the
culprit.
2. Try uninstalling the last two good updates you were did in October.
