Hello to everyone and Happy new year.

Well,

I've just upgrade my NT4 PDC To W2K3 DC in a in-place process. I setup DNS
on this new DC.

After I connect the W2K/XP workstations to the domain, I realized that no
record appeared in the DNS database.
The client aren't supposed to do so?

I also mentioned that there is no "Documents and settigns" folder on my c:\
drive. I colud not find anything on MSWeb site.
Is it a normal behavior?

Thanks a lot for your great help.

If you want to register authomatically your clients in the DNS Server, you
must set up the dns as "Active Directory Integrated Mode"

Yes. It's by design.
You can find user's profiles in c:\winnt\profiles
