.... secure an FTP using SSL?
I've got a win2003server with
FTPServices and CAServices
running on it. How to secure
(by tuneling?) the FTP Transmision?
Any articles? samples?

The FTP service in Windows Server 2003 doesn't support FTP over SSL. If you
need encrypted data transfer you look for third-party FTP servers, or switch
to HTTPS, or connect to the FTP server with IPsec or a VPN.
