I want to the users ouside our office can using the office's smtp Server.
I check EveryOne where passed the verify can relay.
Need I check the Basic verification or Integrated Widnows Verification
beside Allow anonymous?

Yes, you need to check one of those boxes. (I would opt for Basic Auth)
