Subinacl HELP! |
|
|
Hello,
I need some help getting the command line right for the "subinacl" utility
on Win2k3..
I need to rip through a huge directory structure (including folders,
subfolders, and files) to "cleanup" some dead sids..
I know I need to use the /CleanDeletedSidsFrom= option, but I'm sure what
else I need to recursively fix everything up..
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Troy |

Here is a link from JSI that may help that suggests using subinacl
/subdirectories C:\*.* /cleandeletedsidsfrom=JSIINC where JSIINC is the
example of the domain name used. Subinacl is very powerful so be sure to
make a full backup "just in case" before using it. Note that there is also
a /testmode option. --- Steve
