I am trying to create a script that will go into the local security policy on
a member server and modify security settings such as password length. Does
anyone have a script that will do such a thing or have any info or where i
could find on?

There is no public api allowing direct setting or reading
of the values of individual policies
The only general way to do this is to define a security
template (which is just a text file, potentially written
dynamically from script) and then to apply this template
by use of secedit to import it.
