I need to modify the password complexity requirements which is shipped with
Windows 2003.

I need to prevent the necessity to have numbers & special chars in the
password (i.e. I only want to require that users use a password thats a mix
of upper and lower case alphabets).

I need to write my own PASSFILT.DLL. Can someone help me with this?
