DFS service terminated unexpectedly |

I find very annoying with DFS trouble. I tried to start the service and DFS
gives an error with 7034 and then 7031.
I looked up every support website and there is no help. Anyone knows what
causes this problem?
This problem is Windows 2003 AD (secondary). Other Domain AD (2003) could
not map network drive because of an error message saying
"The Mapped network drive could not be created because the follwing error
has occurred. Configuration information could not be read from the domain
controller, either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been
denied."
Although the Domain AD can see secondary server with all ports fine, but
only mapped drive is the problem, the backup software would not back up
remotely of secondary server. It was working since October. I could not
figure out why.
I would be happy if you help me out please?
