Hi..,
why I can't install HIS Server 2004 Client on Windows XP SP1? I have install
in typical and Custom intallation.
I can't continue the installation because on the Review component to be
installed. there is a message " Base on the components you've selected to
install, you must first install the following platform prerequisites. please
cancel this installation, install the prerequisites, an rerun the Microsoft
Host Integration server 2004 Client Installation wizard to continue.

any idea ?

Ronny - so does it list the pre-req's that are missing?!?

Yes, if there are any missing pre-reqs listed can you please let us know.
Setup also always creates a .log file in your temp directory so you should
be able to find that and look for more clues on what may be going on. One
more thing: Make sure this is not Windows XP Home edition. Setup is only
supported (and will only work) on Windows XP Professional edition.

Finally I try to Reinstall Windows XP SP1 and the HIS 2004 client working
properly.
