Windows Server 2003 and I'm using NTBackup including the System State

I've noted in the Event Viewer that an error occurs each time I run the
System backup that it could not back up the folder
"DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory" - how do I exclude this folder
from the backup?
